I posted this on a similar thread so,What about coming down to the 1st round of the Scottish Tarmac Rally Championship at Charterhall Airfield just outside the village of Duns in the borders.
This is only three weeks away on the 29th March and is great for spectating as well as meeting everybody.

What more can you ask for, a great early morning run for 1.5hrs and watching all sorts of cars race from Fiestas,Corsas,cosworths and of course SCOOBIES.

Just another idea for something in the future and no need to travel too far.

 

If I don't get the chance to speak to you tomorrow at KH, I take it you are going to the meet in Coatbridge on the 17th?

 

yeah, is the meeting at coatbridge still happen'in on the 17th march?. Would be good if we could keep the date as suits.

A one man meet was planned for tonight!! Your car LOOKS like an RB5 anyway!!

 

I had a great time! and mine was the fastest most powerful car there!!

RB5? - so my strategy of wolf in sheeps clothing is working then!!

PS: Prodrive brakes fitted yesterday - oh s**t the car now stops

There has been a lot of chat regarding this. In the past these have not been successful partly due to my own circumstances and lack of enthusiasm. I have asked interested people to email me and have taken names from the various threads on the matter. this list is not complete and can I ask any other people interested to drop me a mail.(see below)

Regular meets : we need to decide on frequency and venue.

Events : examples curry nights, bowling, karting, trip to Cardiff to see rally, rolling road ; any other ideas would be welcome

Can I have your views on the above. I will be at Knockhill on Sat morning for a few hours if you want to chat (cool grey STi 5)
