Hi guys. I was wondering what my options are with the above situation? When i had my car serviced a month or so ago T&C mentioned the headers were blowing and quoted £189 to repair them.

Since then i've been to my local tyre fitters and whilst having the alignment done i mentioned the exhaust, he seemed to think they were a Subaru-only part?

So, does anyone have any suggestions as to where i could get the exhaust fixed, or is the T&C quote quite a good one?

Thanks guys, Carl.

Why not get one from the glenburgie subaru breakers for a lot less money, come and see me and we'll port the headers as well as the up-pipe and your TD04

I'll only want a small re-embursement for my trouble (should take 4 hours to do the lot)

Remember the T&C quote was using their labour at £50+vat so I think another garage could do it cheaper In fact, see what Glenburgie would charge to do it!

They're a bit far away being in Forres...

I'd like an idea of which garages to try? Brian Downie? If you really fancy doing Wuz, you're welcome!
