Going to be selling off practically everything I own over the next 8 weeks or so, here is lot number 1

If anybody wants anything I can bring it down to AWD on Saturday or Knockhill on the 16th.

Fuji Terrano Kinetic mountian bike, full suspension bike, RST 281 front forks, Ballistic adjustable rear shock, 19 inch steel frame (I think), Shimano gears (18 speed), wheels and crank, bright yellow frame with black forks . It's in imaculate condition, Price £160 ono

Delta Freeway Exersize bike, belt and fan resistance. C/W Fitness computer that displays time, speed, distance, calories burned, and pulse. Price £40 ono

LF320 Air cooler and humidifier, 7.5 litre water resevoir, 3 speed settings, swing mode and timer, size is 3x x 30 x 62.5 cm. Price £40 ono

Back revolution inversion system, half height inversion table for back pain relief, abdominal toning etc. Full details of it here. Price £110 ono

York 6605 exersize/weights bench with butterfly attachment and c/w weights (about 50kg worth) and bars, details of the bench here (does not have squat or arm curl attachments). Price £45 ono

I know it's the wrong time of year to sell the bike and air cooler but they have to go. Please e-mail me on forsale@sasim.co.uk it you want anything, I will take some pictures of the bike tomorrow

The last lot will include my car so if you know anyone who might want it pls give me a shout, will be selling it for about £7.5k with all the bits, or if I have time I will take the goodies off it and sell them seperately.

Haven't quite decided what i'm doing with the car yet, but so far there is

4 orders for the brakes
3 orders for the wheels
1 order for the downpipe
1 attempt at getting the boot carpet
1 order for the front seats



You lot should dump the cars and get a nice mountain bike instead
