Question

Had the offer of Knockhill from 12pm to 4pm on Saturday 16th November if anyone is interested ? (who says I don't know about afternoons )

It will be cold and very possibly wet as well, but hopefully no snow!

Ideal for honing those essential winter driving skills.

We need 30 people brave enough to part with £50 to make it happen. If you are one of those people, then please let me know asap, as we would need to book it up this week.

If in the unlikely event that it's snowing or really bad weather, then all cheques will be ripped up and you owe nothing. As Knockhill themselves said, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

John

Dont be put off by the weather. Last year we arranged a day at Kames roughly the same time of year. It was cold but no rain, a better day that KH in March or even July!

OK ! If I can persuade Mrs Tosser to have a weekend in Edinburgh instead of Glasgow.

Excellent guys - up to 10 people now in total. 1/3 of the way there

John

PS If we don't quite make the numbers, then I may just book it anyway, assuming most people wouldn't mind paying an extra £5 or so each to secure their fun for they day

Sounds good - up to about 15 people now. About half what we need

Keep the e-mails and posts on here and the SIDC forums coming in

B0ll0cks, why do I have this terrible feeling thats the same weekend as the GB Rally.
I'll have to wait and see what freebie tickets Network Q sends, and if it's worth going down for.

David, I'm afraid it is:

I've still not decided if I'm going down to it yet.

Guys thanks for the support. Unfortunately we are still quite a few short (about 8 to 10) to cover our costs.

If I go ahead and book it up (I'm on holiday for the next two weeks), I'll need everyone who has said they will attend to attend.

Do you think we'll get enough people together ?

I think we will so will leave it another day and then book it up.

Is the 16th November a goer? I know you have been busy at work and just wanted to let you know there is a lot of interest from Scottish Elisers. Quite a few more have posted interest since you first mentioned it. There was also talk about it during our recent "Sweeping up the Leaves" Borders and D&G run.

Cheers Iain
