SIDC National Day
Although not a lot has been mentioned about this to date, it's shaping up to be a top day out 
Sunday 7th July (same day as british GP).
There is the chance to drive at Donington (morning, afternoon, or both sessions), plus lots of other things going on (trader stands, dealer displays, prize raffle (with prizes donated by all the top Scooby related suppliers), rally cars (possible passenger laps), bouncy castle etc. etc.).
If you are interested in heading down, I would recommend booking up early (can book on-line at http://shop.sidc.co.uk) to guarantee a place, is it looks like it's going to be a huge event, with hundreds of cars taking part.
There is plenty of B&B accommodation available nearby for those that fancy stopping over on the Saturday and Sunday nights (with a few beers of course
).
