We are about a week behind on sending last months batch of packs out, but this will be done over the weekend (apologies to everyone).

Have you actually followed the procedure as described at the top of this forum, to actually request a pack? If not, please do and your pack will be dispatched within this next batch.

Got the SNplus icon on my username also.

In fact I have just checked (as I thought it strange that you hadnt received your pack if asked for during Jan, as we did a run up to applications made prior to 14th Feb) and nothing has been received against your username above.
