Just wondering how long is it before you receive the pack as it has been over 3 weeks now since I paid

Apologies for this..... when we upgraded our software, we lost the functionality to have SNPLUS Membership pack requests. If you see the Sticky at the top of this forum, it dictates the steps you need to follow for us to process your SNPLUS MEMBERSHIP PACK request.

Just used the link at the top to request SN Plus pack and paid via paypal.
Could you confirm that all is well at it has been properly procesed?

Yep that is all fine and dandy..... easy way to tell, is the fact you have the SNPLUS icon under your username when posting!

I haven't recieved my pack yet, if you or someone else can have a look into this, as it's been more than 28 days IIRC.

After some hunting, it would seem your request was caught up with our software transition. Can you please follow the instructions for pack request, laid out at the top of this forum.

We have a batch to send out this weekend/early next week, so if you get your request done by then, you will recieve your pack within this batch.

Your pack was within this batch and was dispatched today. Which means you will receive it (if the posty doesnt get lost ) before the 28 day delivery period after request.
