Default Classic Sill Cover Delete

Hi guys,

My cars going in to the bodyshop this weekend for a few bits and I'm considering ditching the sill covers as prefer how the car looks without them. Just wondered if anyone who has had this done or is in the trade and has carried it out can tell be roughly what would be a good price for this?

I realise there are two sets of holes to fill in, to add to this my car has had the sills repaired - patched on both sills on each corner , so the welds etc would need to be ground down and blended in.

Also I have thought about not having the bottom row of holes underneath the sill covered and instead using some sort of colour coded grommet in these to allow me to have access to the inside of the sill for periodic rust proofing etc. Would be good to know if anyone has done this as trying to work out if the grommets would be visible or if there are any other pro's or con's to not covering the lower holes up.
