What is this for?
Rooting around in the boot of my bugeye and came across
this little keyring but have no idea what its for. It has a button
on one side which when pressed opens it up to reveal two small
squares of sponge. It's obviously to hold something but what?
I also found a couple of locking wheel nut adapters and a piece of paper
with instructions for said wheel nuts which also has a four digit number
which says it is the car's key number for ordering replacement keys?

On the standard radio, the bottom corner has a block of 4 buttons, this is removable by a little slide switch to release.
You remove it so it is unusable if somebody stole the radio. The box is to store that part.
This is the block, bottom right:

Connect to PC and digitise the lot, including the scratches for that 'authentic' effect.
Anyway, I wonder how much that little box you found would fetch on ebay ?
