Default I'm So Upset...I got banned from Subaru Swap Show on FB

For trying to explain to a rather clueless chav that at atmospheric dump valve was a bad idea on an EJ20. I think I said he 'wasnt too intelligent', I hate it when I speak the truth and lose out. Sad times.

That was such a great forum page, so much excellent knowledgable advice, so many dump valves, vortex spoilers, BC wheels and stickers, I'm so gutted.

Can someone invite me again

I was banned from there for lightly ripping someone who claimed their stock GB270 could do a standing quarter in 8.8 seconds. Either that or it was for sticking up for juggers when someone was saying he's a crook (among other things).

There are a plethora of groups on Facebook run by dumbasses who think of themselves as some kind of super-enthusiast on the basis that they watched a couple of Paul Walker films and fitted a dump valve to their car by themselves.

Check out the "Good Modified Subaru Page" if you want a real laugh, the irony being that half of the cars posted on there sport the usual fake roof scoop and sticker kits on a "genuine STi replica"...

Yes, its quite insane. I found myself getting more and more irrate everyday reading some of the clueless and sometimes dangerous advice people churned out, and then peed of the 'owner' by pointing out you cant 'charge' people to sell parts on a free facebook page. Ste Downes if you are reading this, you are a mug.

Ill check out the Good Modified Subaru Page, I need a replacement entertainment source

if you could get all of them to arrange a meet and then blow up the location

unemployment would fall in the uk by 1000 overnight
drive offs from petrol stations in every county would fall 10%

etc

Yes well apparently we aren't allowed to do that in here any more either according to one self appointed guru. We have to embrace the newbies and help them bolt on the VTA DV etc.

True, but we would put Baileys out of buisness. Dump Valve sales would drop 97percent.

Embrace and guide ...but its tougher when its an entire army of f**kwhits, if I could add up the IQ score between them all, we could be close to a whole person I reckon.

or 'Burn Subaru Swap Shop'

but dude, they have almost 5000 members of the finest figures of society, we would be out numbered and out horsepowered (cause they are so good they can get 450bhp out of a turbo2000)

We have "terribly and tastelessly tuned" as well as another well known Subaru-specific old school collection known for disliking cars with dodgy mods

Trinity welcome to the gang
The gang of sensible Subaru owners

The sooner they break up all the scoobies the better I thought the chavs had started to move onto fiestas and likewise

Maybe they can't sell their scoobies on Evilbay so they are trying to improve them

To be fair it's not opinion. Maf based cars do not like vta valves. Ask any tuner. They can be used but the car will need some setting up, some cars are more affected than others. MAP based cars will usually be fine with vta.

well the way my heat shield above the back box has just sheared off from all 4 mounting points with rusty bolts may mean they do get them from Halfords
