injector fitting

Default injector fitting

Hi guys im fitting some 440 injectors into my 97 turbo 2000. I've got the old ones out but carnt get the 440s back in. How do they go back in? Any help would be great guys. Phil

Put Vaseline on both seals and just push or do they pop into place cos mine keep pushing back out.

What year car did the 440's come from ?

If they are from a later car (phase 2) then you'll need this...

I was told they would fit strait in place of myold grey ones and they look identical to mine just a different colour. Do the rails need to come off too.

I've had another look at them and they are exactly the same baring thr colour. Do in need to put the small o ring off the bottom of the injector into the fuel rail first then put the injector in.
