Default Brake caliper refurbisment

Just some pics of my front and rear calipers on my blobeye WRX ,
Was thinking of painting the raised Subaru name but decided to buy some stickers and apply them instead and repaint the calipers in signal red , very happy with the results .

That does look really good.

Did you consider painting them black to match the wheels? I have Prodrive gold alloys on my classic, and I was considering painting the calipers gold to match, with the Subaru lettering a different colour to contrast. Not sure how it'd look though.

I've just done the same and was wondering what to do with the raised lettering, I'd also like to know where you got them from as I don't fancy my chances of a decent job with black paint

Ebay sell them but I'm not sure how long they last, painting isn't too bad as its raised, you paint a sponge/block and press transfer it will only paint the high bits.
