Default Newage window problem

Not getting any responses in the electrics folder so will try my luck here
I have a widetrack blobeye and am having trouble with my driver side window. It seems like the switch doesn't cut off when the window reaches the top. Instead I hear it ticking away until it cuts out at which point I can't use the window again for a while.
This burnt out my first motor , I got a second hoping that it was the motors fault but I am having the same issue again.
How do I go about fixing this ?
Is it as simple as just changing ONE switch on the control panel ?

Could be worth going to a Subaru breaker to try another window switch. If not, I can't remember if there's relays that could be changed?

Sounds similar to mine, be careful it will probably screw your motor in the end. How long has it been doing this ?
