94 impreza rear anti roll bar

Hi when changing my rear brakes I noticed the rear anti roll bar has 3 holes in it what is the best seting and does it really make adifference I have Joni adjustable suspension

Have mine on middle hole . Im going to change to the top hole so should tighten cornering up a tad, i hope. to be fair , in any hole ,they make a difference

So the top hole would be stiffer setting what would be the recommended string for rd mine is currently on middle also
