Smile Machining parts

Hi all ,

I've been on this site for a while and whilst owning my own v5 sti wagon I have been following a lot of posts and noticed there was a shortage of people offering there help to machine one off simple parts etc
I work for a large engineering company as a manual/ cnc machinist based in Berkshire and whilst I'm not promoting my company I have done and still do the odd bit of machining for people on here and other sites :-
Skimming flywheels
Skimming warped brake discs
Machining scooby heads flat after HG failures
Boring out turbo cores to fit larger billet wheels
Rally restrictors
Inlet bungs
Bosses for inlet temps on fmic pipes etc etc
And my most recent thing is
BOV adaptor plates , so you can use your standard re circ valve instead of dump valves, a mate wanted one and couldn't find any for sale , so I made a few which sold pretty quick lol !
I can make most parts out of steel/ brass/ ally bronze and aluminium
And can get small parts tig or mig welded
If you need any part making or just need a time served engineer to help with your engineering dilemma then please get intouch
Photos of parts made can be sent and prices
Thanks for reading
Neil

This might be out of the ordinary but could you CNC up a key fob for an immobilizer?

I could model up the CAD if it's needed.

Would be based off of this but simplified
