Low-level spoiler fitment
Hey guys,
Quick question.....I own a 2003 JDM sti, currently fitted with a high-level spoiler. I want to fit a low-level spoiler as I like the look. How easy / hard is it to do the swap?
Peter.

The swap is easy but bear in mind that the high level spoiler leaves more mounting holes in the bootlid than the low level one needs ?
Some of the 'spare' holes are in places that the WRX style low level spoiler won't cover up.
You could get them filled and painted but expensive and not really the best solution.
The easiest way would be to do what I did and find a bootlid and low level spoiler in the correct colour and fit that ?
Remember that you will also need to swap the long tensioning springs that run under the rear shelf, otherwise the boot shoots up with a bang with the lighter low level spoiler fitted.
