My subaru uk 300 has a problem the cooling fans come on when I turn the ignotion key to on but don't start it on for 2 seconds off for 2 seconds does this constantly when I start the car it stops and goes normal . Any ideas what I can do . I don't have air con to turn it on and off as I have read before .

Ya iv took the air con out weighs a ton lol it's ok problem fixed now my mapper had left the test mode jacks connected
