Hello, i am new to Impreza's but i have noticed that all the STi blob eye's i have seen only have one fin on the front bumper, can anyone tell me if the pic below is a standard bumper or what?

Thats an aftermarket lip or entire bumper

 

Its got a non standard front lip spoiler. Lester I think.
