Hi girls and guys
I'm gonna be fitting a 6speed in my Type R and I'm after a clutch to handle future power levels.
I'm realistically loooking at 550bhp levels within a year or so I don't want to be stranded when out when I could've just fitted a decent clutch in the first place.
I've had a paddle clutch before and hated it due to its "grabbyness"
I've got a Exedy twin plate at the moment which is very nice to use.
Any suggestions guys? Is it worth buying from the states?

The exedy twin plate will handle that power, so why are you changing it?

 

I was under the impression that it wouldn't fit....

 

A 5 speed clutch will fit the 6 speed box, from what I remember you will also need the 5 speed starter motor
