Dealer, Subaru specialist, local member with lead and software or torque and bluetooth adapter,
If you have a android phone you could buy a bluetooth obd adapter and download the torque app,
If you have a Laptop/Netbook you could buy a VAG obd USB lead and download some free software like Romraider and reset your own.

Disconnecting the battery completely will do it too. Not sure how long you have to leave it off for though. I had mine off last weekend for no more than 10 mins and it reset my ECU.

Can't reset the ECU faults on the Bug DENSO ECU by disconnecting the battery as they are stored on EPROM.

You will erase learning and the IAM but that's not much help.

Resetting the ECU and resetting fault codes are two different questions to me....
