He designed it and sells his own version.

Plus he also designed their exhaust systems as well, I dare say his vast aeronautical engineering experience and background helped somewhat.

I thought cobra made/designed their exhaust systems.

I believed that Janspeed manufactured the RCM exhaust systems.

Tarquin,
You're failing to ask the right question giving ALL the details of your requirements.

The Cosworth kit will not suffice. You need a large MAF inlet trumpet to enable the airflow measurement you'll need to attain. The BRD kit is one of the few kits available. The cone of this kit has a large surface area and was all specifically put together for the job you want.

At what power is it best to move up to an induction kit?
Who sells the BRD induction kit?

On a Newage the OEM box can suffice up to, and slightly beyond, 400bhp. However it's not that clear cut because if you're on the OEM ECU (MAF based), you may have issues prior to this due to airflow mass. Rescaling of the MAF can help, but ultimately you may have to increase the MAF pipe circumference, which in most cases is done via a change to an adequate induction kit.

The BRD kit can be purchased via RCM, but you may not need the large MAF pipe kit (which will require a remap, unless you want to grenade your engine).

Confused?
