Hi, my ppp info says to use 97 as a minimum yet previous owner belives it was to be ran with 98 or 99. What's the general census??

The PPP cert says (and this is word for word)

"Your vehicle will run safely in 95 RON Premium unleaded fuel, but you may not benefit from the full performance gains when using this fuel. We recommend that you continue to use 97 RON Super unleaded".

I feel a Coke vs Pepsi type challenge coming on... In all honesty I doubt that you'd really feel much difference between 97 and 99 RON, let alone 95 and 99 RON.

a UK new age can take 95, but stick with 97 or better.
