Default Cheap ebay Exhaust made by japspeed?

There a lot cheap exhaust now being sold on ebay and being cheap a lot people saying there going be rubbish but to me it looks like the ebay ones are in fact by japspeed,

Ebay link

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUBARU-IMP...item27b4f724d7

japspeed link
http://www.japspeed.co.uk/Subaru-Imp...em/p-24-1-443/

now is it me or are they both the same? why japspeed charging 90.00 extra?

ebay seller also sell turbo back kit for 189.00, wonder what the chances this is the same and in fact made by japspeed

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUBARU-IMP...item1c23000b6c

But why the extra 90.00 on there website, I also bought there rad on ebay brand new for 135.00 but there website again is even more?

I once brought some headers from the same company. They had japspeed written on the headers when they arrived. before buying i compared them to japspeed site aswel and it looked identical.

Why not by a used branded exhaust? If its stainless steel you shouldn't have a problem.

If the seller is 2fast2cool (can't access ebay at work) then they are Japspeed systems. He also puts them on for auction with 99p starts.

I have had 2 off him and payed less than £100 delivered each time. Also had a Japspeed FMIC for £115 delivered. Worth keeping an eye out.

I have some smaller stuff from 2fast2cool a long time ago (can't remember what they were now) but never had any probs. If you was to buy the exhaust make sure you save a copy of the pic he is using to advertise the item and when it comes check it matches it. If not then contact them and explain that the item is not as described and then you should be able to get your money back. Possibly a pain in the butt but then could be a good item for a lot less

my mate bought the same kit inc downpipes and tbf its lasted a couple of years and is still going strong (no rust, sounds great, has not ruined any performance and looks the business on an angle compared to his old Hayward and scott)
id personally will be getting one as itll only scrap the floor soon and get drift scars so cheap and cheerful for me

Exhaust was great, sounded really good, nice deep rumble at low revs and really roared on boost.

Same system on my last car. (so good I bought two)

My dad bought the turbo back system against my advice. He's only on his third lamda sensor in less than 3000 miles.

Unlikely to have anything to do with the exhaust.

Re japspeed vs 2fast2cool etc selling the same products, it's extremely unlikely that there's a "japspeed factory" anywhere. The parts are likely bought in from various suppliers, and unless they've paid for exclusive rights, the suppliers are probably more than happy to sell the same product to others as well.

I don't think Japspeed are a manufacturer of anything ?

They resell items imported from overseas factorys, presumably China.

I have had a set of the 'Japspeed' headers (purchased from 2Fast2Cool) and they seem to have been okay for the money, my 3" exhaust also fitted well and seems fine as does my FMIC.
