Personally I can't rate Rich highly enough, I've been down his workshop so many times that I've lost count and I've seen the way that he works on customers cars and it's something he takes personally and he takes pride in

He really knows his stuff and I'm glad to say that he doesn't just know Subaru's, I don't own a Subaru at the moment but he still looks after my cars
