Removing blob rear bumper

Is this easy to do? Will i have to remove the rear lights?

two bolts in rear arch, remove lights and there are two nuts and a few push fitting things and there are some bolts in the boot behind the plastic panel that covers the catch and a couple of push fittings underneath.
