Default Vacuum hose help

I had the check engine light come on today, got the bonnet up and noticed a vacuum hose has snapped.

I patched it up using electrical tape and the light disappeared, i looked at just joining the old hose to a new one but the old hose is very dry and just crumbles when i try and put a joiner in.

Does anybody know the part number or name of the hose pictured below, its the middle hose that runs into the manifold.

Cheers.
