Got the ScoobyWorld mudflaps on mine which come with genuine Subaru fasteners :-

http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog...oducts_id=1597

Our high grade stainless steel fixing kit includes 6 genuine Subaru 'clip-nut' fixings (which cost £1.20 each from Subaru!) designed by Subaru for this purpose, not cheap 'alternatives'."
