Default Hi Guys

Just stopped in to say hello, I am after some parts to mod a uk 99 classic

Needed
a turbo upgrade from a vf28 to either a td05 18g or SC36 billet
550 or 740 injectors for above classic

Hope to get near 375bhp or slightly higher

Ruth

If your car is still running standard engine and gearbox, the power you want to reach will be impossible unless you throw a lot of money at it!

have not got loads to spend however I am not to worried about gearbox as I would consider myself gentle on it. Engine is low miles and been mapped already with approx 320php, and associated mods, sti v8 intercooler, ported headers, 3 inch decat downpipe, gk fujisuturbo exhaust with sportcat section removed

It's the torque that will kill the box, and I doubt the engine will hold that sort of power for too many miles especially if you use the power which I guess you will otherwise you wouldn't bother in the first place

330bhp is the safe limit for a uk turbo and anything past this is usually deemed being on borrowed time.

Oh and just to add, a VF28 is good for 320-330 maybe 340 if you're lucky and get a strong unit. This would be the best turbo option for your car without stressing it too much
