Anyone else had issues with the fuel pressure regulators they sell?

First one failed after starting the car a few times and wouldn't hold pressure, ended up going up and stalling the engine, finally got a second one sent through which had the same problem straight away, tried setting up several times with the same problem.
Finally bit the bullet and bought a fuel lab one and it worked straight away as expected.

Anyway Rob said he'd refund if I sent them back which I have done and now he's vanished and won't reply to e-mails to both the HRC email and a private email address that he'd mailed me on. Also tried via email and no joy either and they are selling on there so must be checking.

Out of pocket now for buying it and the postage returning them and not too impressed

 

I had an issue with a hrc fuel pump but Rob sorted it instantly and even upgraded the pump as an apology.
Odd he hasn't got back to you.
