How do you upload photos to Scoobynet?

I have a photobucket account, but everytime I try to upload a photo into photobucket nothing happens.

Are there any other photo imaging sites that are used that could be recommended?

Just tried photobucket app on my phone & downloaded a photo into photobucket. No idea why it wasn't importing when using my PC.
