Post Andy Forrest Remap Pricing?

Hey guys just a quick question,

Does anyone know first hand how much andy forrest charges for a remap.

The car would be a stock 2006 wrx sti with just a new Milltek TBE and new walbro 255 fuel pump. I'm in Glasgow so not that far from his garage in East lothian as I know he does door to door remaps.

Thanks
Darren

When I had my old 05STI remapped by Andy it was £350 +vat for a full remap.
If it hasn't been mapped before then you have the license fee - approx £150 +vat

thanks for asking this, i was wondering the same.

sorry to hijack but does anyone know if you still have to pay the licence fee for an MY05 wrx ppp. somebody once told me they were already "unlocked" with the ppp but i'm not convinced.

cheers, Mike.

You have to pay the license fee -apparently it was requested by Prodrive that the license remained as unpaid.

This*custom mapping is £450

Volume discounts are available on this price and a typical 'group buy' price*is £400 depending on the number of cars booked in. Phone or email for details of the latest offers available.

The above price is for the initial custom mapping which includes the licencing fee for the ECU. Subsequent mapping at a future date of a licenced ECU is £195 if it my own base map or £280 if starting with another tuners base map.

Mapping is also available throughout the UK and Europe*at an additional cost*of £200*for the 1st day. 2-3 Cars can be mapped per day, splitting the cost.* Any 'group buys' will attract further discounts and*travelling costs of*£80 per subsequent*day. Typically splitting the travelling cost down to only £56 each car if there are 5cars being mapped over 2 days
