Default Dial sweep on start up?

I'm after getting the dial sweep on start up installed on my car (06 Hawk Spec C). I was meant to be getting it done at Litchfields last week but they don't do it any more as the company they used to send it out to get done at went bust.

Does anyone know any other company that does it?

Litchfield used to charge £90 to 'activate' it, I might be wrong but I don't think I need new clocks???

But, Yes, that's what I'm after.

How come a Hawk 06 spec C doesn't do that anyway? My 07 RB320 does it.

Exactly what I was thinking! Why would you pay £90 for that?

And why would it be de-activated if as stated above there the same clocks that do sweep.

We all know how many tiny little adjustments subaru liked to play with between different model versions so who knows?

Its a standard feature, it just has to be activated, cant remember how to do it though but its pretty simple (something to do with the trip button??)

Try this post 50 on the 2nd page, it was standard on all JDM's from 2003 onwards including the Spec C (my MY03 17 inch use to do it and my MY03 limited does it).

It use to H (standard JDM map, no tweaks or anything), yes it should work if you follow that setup.
It was one of the first things i noticed when I had that Spec C

However i just checked my clocks and I can confirm that it only has one dial/**** which Is the trip computer one on the right. There is no other dial/****/rev to the left of the cluster

I had the same problem on my Blob Spec C. Correct clocks but didn't sweep. What you need is a code entered onto the chip on the back of the clocks.

There is a chap near me who has the computer software to do it but would need your clocks and a set that does the sweep so he can copy the code that activates the sweep and enter it on yours.

Its 1am and we are sat here talking about this rofl, i was always under the impression spec c doesnt sweep, or have a temp sensor. Tony i wonder if litcho initially enabled it on mine and then after battery went flat/or over time/or after remap the function went away.

Looking at them instructions it seems to mention two dials/*****, rev and trip, where as i only have the one trip as per picture (standard spec c clocks)

"H" mine has the outside temp and rev/gear change limiter thing on it but mine is the spec c WR limited. What ever spec of spec c there is non of them came with the sweep working but after I spoke to a couple of people I was told the is a code that needs programed into the chip on the back of the clocks that stores you mileage, dccd etc and all you need to do is have someone enter the code. This is what I did and works a treat.

For the people who have Spec C's and have these clocks but they don't sweep all you need is a code to get them to sweep.
