UNMODERATED FORUM?????
#1
Perhaps an answer to the arguement raging accross half the board is to have a forum which is completely unmoderated and uncensored so people can have their say and not be subject to someone elses rules.
I realise that i am going to be slagged to high heaven for posting this. Talk of endless "what ifs?" and the such. But as I have been subject to this kind of censorship a few months back then I feel a sensible debate will benefit everybody.
Discuss not cuss!

Difficult one, if utopian in outlook.
After a high profile case a few years back, the law on libel has been extended to cover the internet.
An unmoderated forum could leave the bbs owners open to lawsuits, even though they did not actually write the articles there.
I'm not a lawyer, but ISP's,BBS's and websites have to be VERY wary of what's posted on them nowadays.
Now back in my day.....
