Default RCM induction with FMIC

Before I finally decide either way, I'd like to be assured that the RCM induction kit will fit ok in conjunction with the Japspeed FMIC pipework on my Newage STi.
At the moment I'm using a cut down MAF section from my original Hyperflow CAI with the Japspeed supplied cone filter. It's all mapped and works ok but wondered if there could be any advantage in the RCM item? I believe the internal dia. at the MAF is the same, so no MAF re-scale should be required?
If anyone has one of these kits available, in top condition, I could be interested!
