Default Conrod numbers

What do the numbers mean on a standard conrod?? Are they weight related ?? just wondered as ive got about 5 mixed sets lying around all with different numbers!

Batch marks and match marks from the factory usually - no reason why you cant weight match them to make 'sets' up.
