Stolen blue stickered up Hawk eye Henley green area
A friends sisters Hawk eye Impreza was stolen this afternoon from the Henley green area. It's a non turbo and the registration number is BF06 UJH
It was last spotted weaving through traffic on the A444 towards Coventry.
If you see it please call the Police on 101 or update this thread and I'll let my friend know.
Thanks,
Paul

I sympathise and hope the car is returned safely.
However, going on JDC's experience, if the old bill are as useless there as they are around here you have no hope at all. Save yourself the grief and worry, just wave bye bye and call your insurers.

Have you registered it on www.twoc.co.uk
Sadly the polices view is this: By law in this country you need insurance. If your car is knicked you can claim. This wount me right up when the insurance said the book value of my cavalier turbo (modded to run 300bhp & declaired) was £400 !!!!
I said if they could buy me another turbo (with at the time less then 200 in the country) they can.
I didn't claim as I would have lost more then I gained
Hope he gets it back if he wants it.

So its been seen a couple of miles from where it was stolen?
I'd be out driving looking for it if it were so close, no doubt joy riders as suspect a 'proper' car thief would have it locked up some where for a few weeks.
I'm relatively local so may take a trip out tonight to see if i can find anything.

I hope you delivered some rough justice!
Definitely worth going out for a drive. My mates MX bike got stolen (very spec'd up bike as he race's in the A's class) and we'd been tipped off that it was still knocking about Carlisle. We had a few cars out most nights just sat round the area's it had been spotted. After a week with no joy, about 2am, it sped past my mates car with me, his dad, him and our mate sat in... we got the bike back and got to find out who stole it too!

I agree. They must be low-life muppets not pros.Driving around in a car as distinctive as that! At least makes it easy to spot.
