Default Newage Alloy Radiator

Been looking for an alloy rad for my bug, but all of the ones I can see have there own pressure cap which were fitted to blobs. If I buy a second cap is there any reason why I can't fit a blob rad to my bug

I wasn't sure if the second cap would catch the bonnet or resulted in some extra plumbing.

Is it the 30mm or 42mm thick one

Maybe not Mantas, but the rad is coming out so I can remove the aircon rad and look at oil cooler options so it makes sense, oh and the VF will go on at the same time

Std rads are good for 700bhp.

Might sit tight unless I see a leak when it comes out especially as I've just had a price for a new brake master cylinder - £170, and can't get hold of a rebuild kit for it

If you are insistant on an alloy rad and are looking at oil coolers too, chevron motorsport in stafford sell very good quality rads with an integral oil cooler! Very nice bits of kit but not cheap!

And yes, the standard rads are good for big power on uk circuits, but on a big fast circuit like spa on a hot day you'll cook it! I think UK time attack cars and sprint cars dont have the sustained high revs for long enough duration for this to be a problem.
