Me I have the same problem too....maybe they are not getting thru or is it that we are on the "I'm not talking to them" list?

 

Could you both drop me a mail please and let me know what the probs are, I may not be able to sort it straight away, but i can get in touch with Phil.

He's not ignoring anybody, he works away from home during the week, and i dont think he gets chance to respond to mails as quickly as he would like.
