Default ecutek remap/induction kit

Just a quick question.. On a Ecutek remap would they alter the maf settings if your running an induction kit to avoid any chances of the engine running lean? Replies appreciated

I would have thought any map would be written to compensate so it doesnt run lean or det.

Induction kits are known for killing the maf so unless you're aiming for 400+ bhp i'd stick with the standard airbox and a decent panel filter.

Would an ecutek dealer tweak it then or would it be best to get it mapped by someone who uses open source? Would open source be able to tweak it to suit?
