Default Hit by a car?

Afternoon all just a quick question. I was hit by a car last night in a car park the driver went to drive off until witnesses and my eldest son stopped the car the polIce were called got an incident number etc, been to the hospital this morning and I have damaged the cartliage in my right knee just wondering has anything like this happened to anyone on here and what do I do next if I want to claim etc? Thanks in advance.

Contact your insurance and they will help you with it

What his knee insurance? do you have a policy for such a thing?

I would guess you would need to contact a solicitors ?

No his car insurance will help with personnal injury should be part of your cover

Where there's pain there's a claim.

Either yours or his insurance company should be able to sort out a personal injury claim, or even those ones you see on the telly.

Milk it mate, I reckon £5k for a knee cartilage.....easily.

Tell your insurance company. If you have legal cover they will help you with your injury claim. If your in the AA or RAC they can also help. If you don't have any of that go and see a local lawyer. Don't bother with these TV lawyers, they will not be as good for you as your local lawyer.
