FAKE HEADERS scam fraud? rcm headers
i won these on ebay, was a spur of the moment buy only had chance to see title and auction was about to end whilst at work.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2907279796...84.m1439.l2649
any way later that night when i got in from work and settled down had a look at auction on my laptop and can instantly see these are rubbish chinese headers.
i contacted the person selling them and said do you have any proof there from rcm and answer was, no scooby clinic advised me to buy these headers, so i politely asked for a refund that evening as there clearly not what is stated in the auction title,
i opened a case and the seller is saying im making false acusations. what is the best way to tackle this as ebay are useless!!!!

Alrite mate, best thing to do is as you already have done:-
Open a cancel transaction case select the reason as item not as described and then the seller has 7 days to respond with his choice to accept or not, which is in his interest as he will then get his final value fee credit back if he does accept. If he doesn't respond ebay will cancel automatically and your fine if he declines then it just means more crap for him and a chance he won't get his final value fee credit back.
All the best,
Michael.

If you can I would open another Case and I would also tell the seller that you are reporting him to eBay for selling fake goods as eBay will take more notice about this can be found on the items page under the box with the sellers user name etc marked report seller that will make him sit up :-) the seller has only harmed him self buy declining the case as he will now lose his final value fee when you win the new case

They're not been near RCM,if you are looking on the Up pipe is the flexi and this up pipe is usually on cheap up pipe(usually oversized, which can cause lag) or from up pipes from USA
Stay away from those headers and rather spend twice/thrice for real GT spec/RCM/Lateral/SC

It is a shame you were in such a hurry to grab a bargain that you did not check the headers out before you bid on them. Rushed purchases often end in tears. As you already know they bear no resemblance to the headers sold by RCMS or for that matter SoobyClinic.
They were advertised as RCMS. They are not RCMS. End of matter regardless of claims they are now S.C.

this moron selling the headers, pursits you brought them from rcm, he had them along with a td06 turbo on a "race car", by the way he writes and spells i would imagine he is some chav who had a few bolt on mods on a wrx, the bloke is seriously getting on my wick now, asked numerous times for a refund and no joy, ebay are only happy when they want there final sale fees every month, i know the likes of yourselfs, rcm, and other top tuning companies dont sell this chinese rubbish! its a shame the market is full of this crap !

Just curious where the £250 entered into the equation
Very brave with a £50 starting price
