Just kidding guys, dont blitz me! Gotta lotta respect for the Impreza. I just looked back through my old videos on my laptop and found this. I moved from a blob WRX 2 years ago to a facelift Focus ST. Still have it and spent a bit of money on it by now. Running 300bhp/335lb

I miss the 2 old Impreza's I had, especially the noise! I might return to the fold one day!

Yawn!!! Again, I always found st's boring to drive with the only enjoyment directing it where I wanted it on full chat!! Money far better spent on an impreza!! You could have a mental classic or a nice spec newage with good power!

 

I have a feeling I may well in the next few years....

 

Most of them chavved up to the max with stupid graffics and lexus lights as well, thats one run I would have given a wide berth!

I just fancied a change from the Subaru brand. I'd owned 2 scoobs over 4 years and felt like the bad attention they invited was getting a bit too much. Loved the cars but not the attention. Kind of went for the ST. Definitely more under the radar but still fun.....and quick.

As I said though, I can see me rekindling the Subaru love one day.

 

i had a chipped up st, pretty quick, lovely interior but no feel sold it after 3 weeks lol

 

FWD cars were significantly slower than the 4WD ones at Marham 30-130 day

Id take the st any day over that rubbish! Probably worth more than the lot behind it put together

 

When I first drove that engine in the r5? volvo estate it was pretty hairy when you turned traction off!
