Default Roll Cage fitment...

Morning all, currently eyeing up a cage a mate is selling from his type-ra ('97 4 door classic) - I have a type-r ('99 2 door classic) and have been advised that they are the same floor plan, so assumably, the cage could be transfered into mine?!....

Would the b pillars match up? Thats the only thing I could think of that wouldn't fit or is the b pillar in the same place on 2 doors? I thought type r doors were longer?

Well spotted, you're right, they're a fair bit longer! Heres a pic... they look to sink back a bit further anyway but might make getting in a bit awkward... hmm

And depending on the type of cage your opting for most bolt in cages will have a mount that bolts to the top seat belt mount on the b pillar as well?
