Had my Classic for a while now and still love it currently running around 330ish bhp and was wanting to get to around 400ish bhp I am aware I would need a new gearbox (6 speed) if I get a new bottom end what one should I get and how much are they and then would that suffice or no I know I'm looking around £1000 for a gearbox but how much extra and what's needed engine wise to reach around the 400bhp mark. And no I don't want to change the car love it to much. Suggestions please guys thanks in advance.

1k for a gearbox? nah, more towards the 2k mark if you want one that works right, you may also need a rear diff (depends on your car/model), an engine rebuild, uprated clutch, fmic, new ecu etc, budget 10k and you may have some change
