Default Leaking Windscreen

After trying to find a leak which I thought was the door seal, ive now found ita actually the the windscreen.

It moves very slightly, about 3 mm on the passanger side, and this is where its leaking from, doesnt move or leak anywhere else.

Im not sure how to proceed? Try and seal it up or is it a new windscreen?

Ask at a decent w/screen place, they might remove and re-seal, they might just seal it.
