front bumper/spoiler
Can someone help me with whats missing on my front bumper/spoiler. are they called side winglets ? anyone have these or a little splitter or even will another splitter even fit from a v5 or v6 ?

Only thing missing is the cerise "STi"/charcoal grey "SUBARU TECNICA INTERANTIONAL" decals on the fog covers.
STi v.3/4 OEM three-part splitter fits the MY93-98 v.1-4 bumper:-
Or the Jun deep aftermarket one (not a fan of it): Subaru Impreza Splitter / Front Lip Spoiler 92-98 jun
DR Motorsports and HT Autos do a 'P1'-style splitter for that bumper too: p1 splitter to fit early bumper

The OEM v.3/4 splitter, IIRC, was a factory option fit for the STi... So it's fair to assume the original buyer of your car didn't tick the option(?). Either that, or a previous owner took it off lol.
HT Autos are on eBay. But have their own website too.
DR Motorsport... nothing comes up on Google anymore!
But that said, I do recall it was always difficult to find it via searching.
