Default Silicone Air box to inlet joiner hose?

Anyone know where I can get a 76mm blue (std size I believe) piece of silicone hose that will join my new silicone turbo inlet hose to std newage airbox. It is a small piece of hose in almost a slanted S-shape. The old std flexi type air box joiner piece will not fit now. Or I suppose I could ditch the airbox and go for an induction kit like Japspeed or something!

Thanks.
