Which ecu u on 99 uk
What ecu is standard on a my99 uk spec?
Is it mappable

AE801 yes it is mappable by Ecutek.

There were 2 different numbered ecu's on the MY99 uk cars, the AE800 and the AE801, both are mappable.

Does Duncan @ race dynamix map my99? His info says 1999-2001 ? Would that be ecutek?

i have a e3 ecu will that be a ae800 then?
dont want to rip up carpet to check today im cleaning it,lol

I have a MY99 wagon and to save money i purchased an already ECUTEK'ed ECU off here for my MY. As long as it has a license by your chosen mapper you can just pay for the map time. ECUTEK is about £500-600 inc. vat mapper dependant, my ECU was £140 and the map £280, thus saving some hard cash for other bits.
