anyone on here running a gt30 on blob sti.looking for a bit of general advise and opinions on power output and if its ok to run this with standard internals.

 

You are mean standard location GT30 based turbo or for rotated/twisted setup?

GT30 standard location turbo are like MD-range,SC range and Blouch,LM series,AET are few others

You have 2.0STi or 2.5L?

If you have 2.0L you should be OK for 450bhp+,with 2.5L i wouldn't run more than 1.5bar on standard internals

But really depends on more factors,before you will be putting turbo,visit your nearest Subaru specialist and ask him for health check(det,AFR and Compression for start) and plus you will need better clutch
