Default Help with lose wires

Hey peeps,

I need some help ideally if anyone from north east could check over my car, the cd player wont turn on at all no lights nothing, i have wires behind the dash all over the place that dont seem to be connected to anything as far as i know and under the bonnet a load of wires off the battery which as far as i know do nothing.

So if some one who knows abit about this sort of thing could help me out or meet up with me to have a look at these wires, there will be a LARGE mcdonadls in it for them.

Cheers people

I'm a bit too far away to meet up buddy even though I'd love to meet the famous 'plough' in the flesh.
Maybe this little bit of info may help you out a bit...

Yeah it helps mate, but there are loads of wires that i have no idea are attached to previous owners have fitted under car and dash neons etc which i just want taken out as they look like cheap horriable stuff. I have tried pulling at the wires but they seem to stuck in there. So if anyone can help by meeting me would be really grateful.
P.S. thanks for your help Matty
